No, after the check-in formalities you are own your own. We are in the process of building a workshop onsite but to better service the accomodation and farm but this is hardly noticeable from the tent.

Just the one tent. Which means you have 130 acres all to yourself !

We are in a sewage sensitive area and our focus is minimal impact on the environment. For this reason we have installed an Australian made and Government approved composting toilet. They are clean and odorless. For further information about and how to use composting toilets click here.

The top of Jimperding Hill and Nolan's Rock fall outside of Heavenly Waters property boundary so you are unable to visit these sites.

Toodyay is in a bushfire prone area and we shall be closed when the risk of fire is extreme or catastrophic.

We have built the tent to be as comfortable as possible in all weather conditions. However due to the nature of glamping accommodation strong winds and rain can effect the tents more than a bricks and mortar building. The tents are incredibly sturdy and have been reinforced to withstand cyclonic winds which have never been experienced in our area.

Our tent has a space heater and ethanol fire, many of our guests love snuggling up inside by the fireplace during large storms it's all part of the adventure. Don't forget your gumboots and warm jackets in Winter.

Heavenly Waters is strictly adults only so that you can fully relax and indulge. For this reason and due to the nature of the property we are unable to welcome children.

Because there are livestock and wildlife on the property, Heavenly Waters is not suitable for any pets.

Our tent has a kitchenette with sink and bar fridge to chill your wine and goodies in. The kitchenette also has a kettle and toaster

Outside on the deck is a gourmet gas BBQ with hotplates, hob and hood. All pots and pans, glasses, plates and cutlery is provided.

For a special winter treat why not try the unbeatable flavour of dinner cooked over campfire coals.

To have a minimal footprint on the planet, we have chosen to power the tent using solar power. We have ample power to charge phones (you'll find USB ports and plugs next to the bed), an outlet for charging laptops and cameras, a small fridge, and lighting.

Unfortunately, there is no facility for hair dryers, straighteners or heaters and attempting to plug one in will trip a breaker cutting off power to the entire tent.

Due to the high fire risk of the property the outdoor fire-pits cannot be used at all from November 1st to April 31st (subject to change based on local conditions). They are also not to be used during any dry windy conditions or any total fire ban days. If you have any questions around this please get in touch with us.

Our insurance policy does not allow for any kind of motorsport on the property. This includes but is not limited to Motorbikes, ATV's & Dirt Bikes.

Motorcyclists who enjoy a ride through the Avon Valley are more than welcome to arrive on their motorcycle. The road to the tent is hard gravel so please be aware of loose and slippery stones.

We do not recommend swimming in the dam as the water is untreated and we can't guarantee it's cleanliness.

The Brook is quite shallow in parts and is nice to wade through. Be aware there are leaches and a very rocky bottom!

It is a nice treat in Summer, to sit your camping chair in the brook with a cold beverage to enjoy.

Although our cattle are very quiet, we recommend staying on the other side of the fence from them. Cattle are unpredictable animals especially when they have young calves at foot.

You can guarantee they will come and check you out to see if you have any hay on offer though.

No.

During Winter when it is safe to have a camp fire we will make sure there is ample sticks and logs for you to light a fire. Please keep your fire to within the firepit surround.

Between 1st of November - 31st April the shire declares a strictly no burning policy because of the risk of fires getting out of control.
